What we do with your data, plainly
Clinical data belongs to the pharmacy. Here’s where it lives, who can see it, and what we never do with it.
Hosted in Québec
Data is encrypted and hosted in Québec, on infrastructure designed to meet information protection requirements.
No training
Data entered in Pharmia is not used to train AI models.
Masked identifiers
In Atlas, names, phone numbers, email addresses and health insurance numbers are masked before they’re sent to the AI model.
Law 25
Pharmia is designed with Québec’s personal information protection requirements in mind.
Logged access
Authentication and activity logging. The pharmacist validates everything.
Separation by pharmacy
Each pharmacy is an isolated space. One pharmacy’s records aren’t visible to another.
Consent to recording
No Écho session starts until you confirm the patient’s consent. A personal session is visible only to you; a pharmacy session, to its team.
Where we stand
SOC 2 certification is in progress. We’ll publish the attestation once it’s obtained.
Try it on a real case, not one of ours
A question from your day, in Atlas, with no account needed. It’s the most honest test we can offer.
